Dr. Paul Bhatti | BSc, DDS, MD
Dr. Paul Bhatti is the founder of AGS Consulting, which stands for Applied Growth Strategies. A distinguished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, he is also the CEO and Founder of Sowingo. With extensive education and training, Paul began his academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology from the University of Toronto, followed by a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Northwestern University. He further honed his expertise by completing a medical degree, making him a dual-qualified oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
Paul’s career spans various domains, including medical, dental, and surgical fields. As the founder of Sowingo, a leading cloud-based dental procurement and inventory management platform, he has revolutionized the way dental and medical professionals manage their practices. Sowingo offers innovative solutions that streamline procurement processes, track inventory, and provide real-time data analytics, greatly benefiting DSOs and group practices.
In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Paul has played a significant role in practice management and DSO involvement. He has been instrumental in scaling operations across multiple locations, maintaining high standards of patient care, and navigating regulatory complexities. His leadership in technology integration and centralized management systems has ensured efficient and consistent service delivery across all practice locations.
On a personal level, Paul is a dedicated family man with a lovely wife and three daughters. His hobbies include fitness, travel, and golf, which he enjoys in his leisure time.

Leveraging his extensive career and industry knowledge, along with the collective expertise of his team, he empowers healthcare and dental organizations to gain a competitive edge and implement strategies that drive substantial success and growth.
Dr. Jas Chahal is a highly accomplished and board-certified orthopedic sports medicine surgeon specializing in hip, knee, and shoulder arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, and cartilage restoration. He serves as the Division Head of Orthopaedic Surgery at Women’s College Hospital and is a practicing surgeon at Toronto Western Hospital. Dr. Chahal is also a team physician for the Toronto Football Club (TFC) and the University of Toronto Varsity Blues.
Dr. Chahal completed his medical degree at the University of Manitoba and his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Toronto. He then pursued a prestigious sports medicine fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where he worked alongside internationally recognized experts in the field and gained valuable experience as a fellow team physician for the Chicago Bulls and Chicago White Sox.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Chahal is deeply involved in research, with a focus on clinical outcomes in sports medicine and translational work on the use of biologics and mesenchymal stem cells in treating orthopedic conditions. His contributions to the field are reflected in his authorship of over 100 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
Dr. Chahal's academic achievements extend beyond medicine; he holds a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management and the University of St. Gallen. His MBA has fueled his passion for healthcare innovation, exemplified by his involvement in initiatives such as Therapia, a home physiotherapy service designed to improve healthcare delivery.
Recognized for his leadership in the orthopedic community, Dr. Chahal was honored as a 2022 Travelling Fellow by the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. He remains an active member of several professional organizations, including the University of Toronto Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Program (UTOSM), the Tanenbaum Institute for Science in Sport (TISS), and the Canadian Orthopaedic Association.

Dr. Diana Mastronardi | BSc, DDS
Dr. Diana L. Mastronardi is a highly skilled and board-certified endodontist with over two decades of experience in the dental field. Originally from southwestern Ontario, Dr. Mastronardi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy, School of Dentistry in 1999. She practiced general dentistry for 10 years in Michigan, where she honed her expertise in providing comprehensive dental care.
In 2009, Dr. Mastronardi decided to further specialize in endodontics, completing her advanced training at Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York. Her dedication to excellence in her field is demonstrated by her successful completion of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC) specialty examination. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), Ontario Dental Association (ODA), Halton-Peel Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists.
Dr. Mastronardi is the proud owner of Clearview Endodontics, a practice committed to providing the highest quality endodontic care. At Clearview Endodontics, Dr. Mastronardi and her team offer a full range of treatments, from diagnosing pain and performing gentle root canal therapy to root canal surgery. The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring efficient, comfortable, and effective care for every patient.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Mastronardi resides in Mississauga, Ontario, with her husband and three beautiful daughters. She is passionate about painting, cooking, fitness, and traveling, balancing her personal interests with her commitment to her patients and her profession. Dr. Mastronardi's warm and caring approach, combined with her extensive expertise, has made her a trusted endodontic specialist in her community.
